About Us

Our History Is Our Foundation. Our Future Is Our Commitment.

Star Witness Programs carries its original commitment to children and families forward through a renewed focus on housing, education, and community.

Our Beginning

A Mission Born in Galveston

Star Witness Programs was founded in Galveston, Texas.

The organization's historical work centered on children, families, education, mentoring, character development, and community outreach.

Historical activities included academic enrichment, technology and creative development, family support, faith-centered youth programming, and humanitarian outreach.

A Renewed Chapter

Today, Star Witness Programs is building on that history with a clearer focus.

The organization is strengthening its structure and accountability while developing sustainable approaches to housing, education, and community service.

Our Mission

Star Witness Programs helps individuals and families move from crisis toward stability, dignity, opportunity, and self-sufficiency through housing, education, supportive services, workforce development, and community partnerships.
